Chat services
Sellvio simplifies customer communication by offering two fully integrated external chat services, ready to use out of the box. Elevate your e-commerce experience and connect with your customers like never before.
Important note: Please note that Sellvio only allows one chat service to be enabled at a time. Enabling a second chat service will automatically disable the first.
To take advantage of the integrated chat services, business owners must have accounts with the designated external providers.
Activating a chat service requires obtaining the necessary keys from the provider and configuring them within Sellvio.
The two integrated chat services currently supported by the system are:
- Live Chat – A real-time customer support and sales chat platform that allows businesses to connect with website visitors and customers through live chat.
- Tawk.To – A free live chat and messaging platform for websites, enabling businesses to engage with visitors and provide customer support in real time.

Each of these services relies on the language settings of your store. If you are unable to activate the selected integration, you may have forgotten to enable the desired language. Double-check your language settings to ensure successful activation.
