Complaint handling process
Once we have received your complaint, we are committed to thoroughly investigating and resolving the case. You can count on us to respond quickly and transparently throughout the process.
Refunds
Payment can be made by credit card for monthly and annual packages. In case of payment by bank card, the User accepts that the service fee will be deducted automatically, in the time interval selected by him/her. Subscription fees already paid are not refundable by SELLVIO.
