Bank accounts
Certain external service providers, including billing services and couriers, may require companies to provide a valid bank account number as part of their configuration settings.
The Bank account page allows companies to enter their bank account details once and conveniently use them across various external services as needed.
- Bank – the bank where the company holds its account.
- Bank account – the bank account number.
- To search for a specific bank account, simply enter its name or details in the search bar and click the "magnifying glass" icon.
- By clicking the "edit" button, business owners can modify existing bank accounts.
- If a bank account is no longer needed, the administrator can easily delete it by clicking the "trash" icon.
- New bank accounts can be added at any time by clicking the "Add new" button.
Adding or editing bank accounts
- Bank – The bank where the company holds its account.
- Bank account – The bank account number.
- SWIFT – A unique bank identifier code used for international money transfers. It helps ensure secure and accurate transactions between banks worldwide. This code can be obtained directly from the bank.
- IBAN – A standardized international bank account identifier that enhances the security of cross-border transactions. This number can also be obtained directly from the bank.
- Country – The country where the account is registered and maintained.
- City – The city where the account is registered and maintained.
