Special shipping methods | Sellvio Knowledge Base

This chapter provides an overview of each specialized delivery type (service) supported by Sellvio.

Please note that not all shipping services are available in every country.

IMPORTANT: All shipping service extensions associated with Sellvio require the store owner's company to establish a contract with the respective shipping company that will be offered to customers during the checkout process.

Once the contract is signed between the store owner and the shipping company, the company will provide the necessary credentials and configuration parameters to the store owner. These can then be entered into the configuration fields within the Sellvio extension's configuration form.

For general information about shipping methods, please refer to this article. Now, let's review each specialized shipping method provided by Sellvio.

Sellvio Express

Sellvio Express is Sellvio's own shipping solution, which allows managing multiple courier services within a single integration. It enables webshop owners to activate and manage available shipping methods in one place, which then appear as selectable options for customers during checkout.

To use Sellvio Express, you must first complete the registration form. After that, Sellvio will create and send the required login credentials, and the shipping methods available under the contract can be configured and activated in the admin panel.

Supported carriers include MPL, Sameday, DPD, and Foxpost.

Username, Password — the access credentials provided by Sellvio.
Label data - about the company operating the webshop.
Displayed shipping providers - Choose which contracted carriers appear in the cart.
Price types — administrators can specify the type of shipping price to be used within B2B and B2C pricing.
Synchronization — Updates data with Sellvio Express..

Sellvio Express Parcel Locker

Sellvio Express Parcel Locker is Sellvio's own solution for locker and pickup point deliveries, allowing customers to choose parcel lockers or pickup points while webshop owners manage multiple provider pickup networks within a single integration.

Supported carriers include MPL, Sameday, DPD, and Foxpost.

Username, Password — access credentials.
Allowed countries - countries where locker or pickup point delivery is available.
Here maps API kulcs — the API key required for displaying the map.
Enable map view — enabling it displays the map view.

GLS

GLS is a global courier and logistics company. The GLS special shipping type settings are available in the sidebar under Settings → Shipping methods, then by switching to the Special shipping types tab.

Username, Password, Client ID, Store name, Contact name, Store address - the data required for GLS.

IMPORTANT: For testing purposes the username, password, customer number, webshop name and contact name must be entered in test mode, while live data in live mode.

Additional GLS shipping data within an order: Number of parcels, Parcel contents, Pickup date, Cash on delivery amount, Cash on delivery reference number, Note - these can be entered under Webshop → Orders before the shipping request is sent.

Parcel labels and shipment tracking: use the "Download labels" button to download the parcel labels as PDF; in the "Shipping status" section you can track Parcel ID, Parcel status and Last update data, which can be refreshed with the "Refresh status" button.

AKS

AKS is a local courier and logistics company, operating exclusively in Serbia.

IMPORTANT: AKS as a shipping type is only supported in Serbia.

Store address, AKS merchant ID - required data.

Additional AKS shipping data within an order: Number of parcels, Parcel weight, Parcel contents, Payment method for the shipping service, Payment method for the additional service, Shipping price by weight, Amount payable in case of cash on delivery, Customer reference, Note, Signature required, SMS notification.

Daily Express (DExpress)

Local courier and logistics company, operating only in Serbia.

IMPORTANT: Daily Express as a delivery type is only supported in Serbia.

Username, Password, cc code for the delivery status notification, Parcel codes, Shipping price type - required data. As an extra step, Daily Express only accepts their own address data, so the Municipalities, Settlements, Streets, Shipping statuses, Pickup location and Store location lists must be synchronized.

Additional Daily Express shipping data within an order: Shipping type, Payment type, Payment, Return of document, Shipment value, Amount payable in case of cash on delivery, The entity that receives the payment, Bank account number, Parcel contents, Total weight, Note, Parcel width/length/height/weight/volume (per parcel, can be extended with the "Add parcel" button).

Foxpost

IMPORTANT: The current version of the Sellvio MPL plugin is not supported in Serbia.

Username, Password, API key - required data.

Additional Foxpost shipping data within an order: Cash on delivery amount, Parcel ID number, Note, Message to the courier, Fragile goods, Foxpost label.

MPL - Hungarian Post Logistics

IMPORTANT: The current version of the Sellvio MPL plugin is not supported in Serbia.

Customer code, Agreement number, Client ID, Secret, Bank account number, Address data, Contact data, Billing data, Shipping price - required data. MPL's service is not free; the above data is required for invoicing.

Additional MPL shipping data within an order: Planned posting time, Label size, Label, Payment method, Parcel retention period in working days, Add parcel (Basic service, Extra services, Shipping method, Parcel size, Parcel weight).

MPL home delivery: abroad - with similar fields (Customer code, Agreement number, Client ID, Secret, Bank account number, Address/Contact/Billing data, Shipping price) for international delivery.

BEX

Express delivery service, available only in Serbia.

IMPORTANT: In Sellvio, the Bex shipping method is only supported in Serbia.

Customer ID, Authentication token, Pickup location, Shipping price type, Data synchronization (list of municipalities, towns, streets) - required data.

Additional BEX shipping data within an order: Shipment type, Total weight, Shipment contents, Payment method, Number of parcels, Notification, Public note, Note for the courier, Delivery fee, Insurance amount, Label size, Payment via bank, Bank account, Transfer note, Options.

Reports: Bex offers the option to send notifications at various stages of delivery ("Add new report", Report method: SMS/Email, Type, Recipients).

City Express

Express delivery service, operating in the territory of Serbia.

IMPORTANT: In Sellvio, the City Express shipping method is only supported in Serbia.

API key, Synchronization (cities and postal codes), Shipping price type, Pickup points - required data/settings.

GLS Parcel Locker

A convenient parcel pick-up solution that allows customers to collect their orders from a parcel locker.

Username, Password, Customer ID, Store name, Contact person name, Here maps API key, Enable map view, Store address, Shipping price type, Parcel pickup points (synchronizable) - required data.

Csomagpiac

An extensive network that includes numerous pickup points and delivery options.

Username, Password, Label data, Shipping price, Synchronisation with the Csomagpiac service - required data.

Csomagpiac parcel point

A convenient and flexible pickup option that allows fast, contactless and time-independent parcel collection.
