Quick overview section
The Quick Overview section provides general statistics for store owners on the number of received orders and the revenue generated from those orders.
IMPORTANT: Not all order statuses are included in the statistics. For an order status to appear in this section, the "Include in Statistics" option must be enabled for that status.
For a quick refresher on updating order statuses, please review the Settings → Order Statuses section of this documentation.
1. New Orders (Today) - The "New Orders" statistic shows the number of new orders received on the current day. The badge on the right side of the block indicates the daily order trend compared to the previous day:
- Up Arrow: Indicates that the number of orders received today increased by "X" compared to yesterday.
- Line: Indicates no significant change in the number of orders received today compared to yesterday.
- Down Arrow: Indicates that the number of orders received today decreased by "X" compared to yesterday.
2. Orders (Last 30 Days) - This statistic shows the total number of orders received over the last 30 days. The badge on the right side of the block indicates the order trend over the last 30 days compared to the previous 30 days:
- Up Arrow: Indicates that the number of orders received in the last 30 days increased by "X" compared to the 30 days prior.
- Line: Indicates no significant change in the number of orders received in the last 30 days.
- Down Arrow: Indicates that the number of orders received in the last 30 days decreased by "X" compared to the previous 30 days.
3. Order Value (Last 30 Days) - This statistic displays the total revenue generated from orders over the last 30 days. The badge on the right side of the block shows the revenue trend over the last 30 days compared to the previous 30 days:
- Up Arrow: Indicates that the revenue from orders in the last 30 days increased by "X" compared to the previous 30 days.
- Line: Indicates no significant change in the revenue generated from orders in the last 30 days.
- Down Arrow: Indicates that the revenue from orders in the last 30 days decreased by "X" compared to the previous 30 days.
4. Order Value (This Year) - This statistic shows the total revenue generated from orders during the current year. The badge on the right side of the block shows the revenue trend for the current year compared to the previous year:
- Up Arrow: Indicates that the revenue from orders in the current year increased by "X" compared to the previous year.
- Line: Indicates no significant change in the revenue generated from orders in the current year compared to the previous year.
- Down Arrow: Indicates that the revenue from orders in the current year decreased by "X" compared to the previous year.
