Add HTML5 video
Sellvio's text editor allows you to add HTML5 video material to your text content.
To add a video, click the "Add HTML5 Video" button among the text editor function buttons.
- First, enter the video path or upload the video file by clicking the "Browse Server" button.
- Responsive Width - by enabling this option, the video width will automatically adapt to the available space in the web browser.
- Thumbnail - in this field, you can specify the path to the cover image before the video starts, or by clicking the "Browse Server" button, you can upload a cover image of your choice.
- Show Controls - this option allows you to show or hide the video player control buttons.
- Width - in the width field, you can specify the width of the video in the text content.
- Height - in the height field, you can specify the height at which the video should appear in the text content.
- Alignment - you can define the horizontal position of the video in the text content to be aligned left, right, or centered, or to follow the text alignment by default.
- OK - by clicking the button, you can add the selected video to the text content.
By clicking the "Cancel" button, you can exit the "HTML5 Video" window without adding the video.
On the "More Options" tab, you can provide extra settings for the video inserted into the text content.
- Autoplay - by enabling this option, the video will automatically start playing after the page loads.
- Loop - by enabling repeat, the video will automatically start playing again at the end of playback.
- Allow download - by enabling this option, the video will be available for download by the visitors of the page.
- Advisory title - the text entered here will appear before the video starts when the visitor hovers over the video.
