The new feature can be activated among the components and allows customers to request a quote for selected products instead of placing a direct order through the cart. Incoming quote requests can be easily tracked and managed in the admin interface, supporting flexible customer handling.
This is especially useful for purchases requiring advance payment or for products where price or shipping terms need to be negotiated.
