The order management interface has been extended with a new capability: administrators can now apply discounts directly to products within incoming orders.
By entering a discount percentage, the system automatically recalculates product prices and updates the total order value. This significantly simplifies the management of individual discounts, such as customer compensation, loyalty discounts, or special customer service cases.
The enhancement enables faster and more flexible administration while reducing the risk of manual calculation errors.
