Creating newsletters within Sellvio is a user-friendly and straightforward process.

Newsletters

  1. Subject – A short, descriptive text that appears in the newsletter’s subject line, usually related to the newsletter campaign.
  2. Send at – The specific date and time when the newsletter will be sent to recipients. This feature enables the execution of well-organized, pre-scheduled email newsletter campaigns.
  3. Recipients – The list of groups to whom the newsletter will be delivered. This field also includes test email addresses used to test the newsletter before sending it to recipient groups.
  4. Language – This field defines the language of the newsletter. The newsletter will only be delivered to recipients within newsletter groups that speak the same language.
  5. Pricing categories – Allows recipients to be selected based on their pricing classification, such as wholesale, retail, or individual pricing categories.
  6. Sender name – The name associated with the sender’s email address.
  7. Reply to email address – The address to which recipients can send their reply messages in response to the newsletter.
  8. Body – The content of the newsletter. Using the built-in text editor, store owners can easily create engaging newsletters.

Advanced users can create specialized newsletters in dedicated applications and then transfer their source code into the system. This can be done by selecting the "Source" button in the built-in text editor and pasting the newsletter's source code.

IMPORTANT: Test email addresses can be added to the system through the General Settings administration page, as described in earlier sections of the documentation.
